the more expensive items are shipped through Royal mail recorded delivery,
others are shipped through 1st & 2nd class packet post. For Recorded delivery
items they are required to be signed for. Tracking numbers are available
upon request.

are covered for up to £32 compensation, in the unlikely event of loss or
damage.

are shipped in padded or re-enforced envelopes, corrugated wrapping or boxes
dependent on which products you buy.

Our warranty is a return
to base warranty. This means YOU have to return the product to us.
Should a
product arrive damaged or faulty please inform us with 7 days of receipt.
If an item appears to be lost in the post, please inform us as soon as possible.

Before any
returns are accepted back, an RMA number must be issued by us so that the
goods are accepted back into our warehouse.
Please ensure
that all the original paper work, instructions and packaging are included
with the return.
If an item
is found to be faulty on arrival it will be replaced with an identical item
or an item of higher value/spec should the original item be discontinued.
If an item
is returned, tested and found to be in full working order, then the item
will be returned to the customer or if a refund is requested, a 20% re stocking
fee will be applied. (Refunds will only be given provided the goods are
returned with original wrappings and in a re saleable condition).
