All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Any goods returned after this will not be accepted. 

Returns for None Faulty Items

• To return a none faulty item please first email us either through the “Contact Member’ Link at the top of the page or at sales@electroplay.co.uk. Telling us you wish to return your none faulty item within the 14 days of your receipt of the goods.
• We will then issue you with a returns number to enable you to send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• The item must be unused and its original packaging with all labels intact.
• The buyer is responsible for the safe arrival back of the none faulty item/s. For this we recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. High value items must be retuned by Royal Mail Special Delivery, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for there loss whilst in transit to us.
• For none faulty items the buyer is required to send it back at their own cost. 
• Upon safe receipt of the none faulty item, we will make sure it 
is in the same condition it was dispatched and is complete, ie not missing any instructions/discs. When we are happy the item is as it should be we will then refund the buyer less our selling fees and a restocking fee.


Returns for Faulty Items

• To Return a faulty item please first email us either through the “Contact Member’ Link at the top of the page or at sales@electroplay.co.uk. Telling us you wish to return your faulty item within the 14 days of your receipt of the goods. You will need to fully explain what the problem is.
• We will then issue you with a returns number to enable you to send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
• Please return the item in its original packaging, quoting the returns number and explaining the problems encountered. Please return all items by the same postage method they were sent to you, ie high value items must be retuned by Royal Mail Special Delivery, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for there loss whilst in transit to us.
• Upon safe receipt of the item, we will test to replicate the problem. If the fault is found as described then we will issue a full refund plus your postage costs.
• If no fault can be replicated then a refund will be issued the same as a none faulty item.
