Our Returns Policy

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from us, you can return it in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. The item must be unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and you will receive a full refund for the price you paid for the item. 

If you are returning an item because of an error on the part of our company or because it is damaged or defective, your delivery charges will be reimbursed. Please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the item to notify us of the damage or fault.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, and there has been no error on the part of Discount Discs, only the cost of the item will be refunded. The cost of delivering the order to you will not be refunded. Please contact us by phone or email to inform us that you wish to return the item before returning it to us. 

All items returned to us must include a copy the sales receipt.
