No instructions included. (These can easily be downloaded from the internet). There is a small hole in the top right hand corner of one of the speaker covers, barely visible (2mmx2mm).

Our policy is to obtain a Certificate of Posting for all items that we dispatch to prevent postage fraud. For postage of heavier items we usually use a Courier in which case a tracking number can also be provided. In the event of an item not being received, lost or stolen, the purchaser must agree to co-operate with the seller and the relevant authorities in respect of their investigations.
