The Sony h.ear-Style Sports Headphones are great for athletes with their water-resistant construction, secure and snug fit, and a clip that lets you secure the headphones to your clothes. The in-ear design minimizes the headphones' size and weight, allows you to hear traffic and other sounds, and won't leave your ears feeling raw after hours of use. The headband-free design follows the contour of your ears, and the tangle-free storage cord can be adjusted, making it easy to put these headphones in purses or briefcases.

• PayPal - We ONLY ship your item to your Paypal shipping address.  If you want your package to be sent to any address other than your Paypal shipping address, please state it clearly in the Paypal note section.  We will not accept change address later through email request per Paypal seller protection terms.

• Money order / Cashier's check

   - Transit time will delay the shipment of the item.  It normally takes 1-2 weeks to receive payment by mail.  Please clearly state your shipping address and eBay item number pay for on the back of your money order.

• Other Form of Payment – email us to confirm acceptance.

• Shipping fee is stated at the bottom of each listing, NO pickups are permitted.

• Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Insurance is provided by third party insurance company, so value does not appear on the package.

• If package is return back to our warehouse due to incorrect address or no one pickup, buyer needs to pay for additional shipping fee to ship the package for 2^nd time.We do NOT offer combine shipping discount.  Please purchase and make payment separately.

• Due to slow delivery or heavy lost package, we charges extra fee for Registered MAIL shipping to follow countries: ITALY, MALTA, LATIVA, TURKEY, RUSSIA, and Countries which don’t have international priority mail.

• Once the item is sent we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the item unless insurance is purchase.

• Item is shipped on the same day full payment is received and cleared unless outside of business hours.

• All sales are final. Refunds given only if item found defective on arrive (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If item found defective on arrive, item must be reported within 7 days and return to us within 14 days, buyers are responsible on returned shipping cost.  Refund will be made upon receipt and Inspection of returned product.

• If the item we ship to you is not the one you bid,pls keep the same condition of the package and contact us ASAP for replacement. Opening the wrong item package without our authorization is regarded that you  disqualify the package for return automatically.
