Shipping is by Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) courier. This is a national postal service. In the receiving country, that country's national postal service should finish delivery.

Normal transit time is 2-5 business days (for cities which have direct flights from Tokyo) or 4-8 business days (for cities which do not have direct flights from Tokyo) from the time of dispatch. If there are delays (such as busy holiday seasons, customs inspections, customs processing, flight delays, severe weather, natural disasters, postal strikes, delivery strikes, etc.), then transit will be longer.

• Buyer must send payment within 7 days of purchase.
• The item will be shipped only after full payment is cleared and/or deposited.
• NO SHIPPING TO APO/FPO addresses.
• All items are guaranteed against manufacture defect unless otherwise noted in the description. For defective items, buyer must contact and notify seller of defect within 72 hours of receiving item to qualify for exchange of same item.
• Buyer must dispatch defective item with all original factory packaging (e.g. box, foam, cardboard, plastic, wrappings, peripherals, battery, charger, cords, straps,  warranty cards [without markings], all instruction booklets and documents, etc.), in the same condition that it was received, to seller within 7 calendar days of receiving item to qualify for exchange of same item.
• Before sending item back to seller, buyer must contact seller to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• For sending items back to seller, buyer must only use the buyer's country's national postal service with tracking and insurance.
• Items found to have no manufacture defects will be returned to buyer at buyer's expense and postage for shipping to seller will not be covered by seller.
• Regarding LCD / TFT screens: Manufacturers guarantee that for new items, 99.999% of the pixels are working. Therefore in rare cases there may be a small number of black points / bright points of light and these are not considered a defect.
• All sales final. No refunds. Exchange only in the case of defective item.
• Shipping is direct from Japan.
• VAT / GST / Duty import Tax / Brokerage fees: Depending on the country that the item is shipped to, there may be VAT / GST / Duty import Tax / Brokerage fees. The buyer shall be responsible for finding out if any such duties are applicable. Buyer is responsible for paying VAT / GST / Duty import Tax / Brokerage fees.
