Graded/Ex-Display items are not faulty, damaged or inferior goods in anyway. They are simply items which have been returned either unopened or under retail outlets 28 days no quibble returns policy. As this is the case, there is a chance the item may have some slight cosmetic marks such as scratches etc. Most items are in as new condition. We cannot be specific about whether and item has any cosmetic damage or not as we have many items in stock and it would not be practical to be specific. In some cases, slight damages to boxes etc. In most cases, we will describe the item as accuarately as possible.

Please be aware that the postage cost only applies to UK Mainland and NOT the Channel Islands. Delivery to the Channel Islands for large items in most cases are approx £28 but can be cheaper depending on item weight/size and courier.. Contact use for quotes. Larger items are couriered via DHL and smaller items are sent using either Royal Mail 1st class or standard parcels delivery. The postage and packaging charge for each item is shown on the listing. Buyers who wish to find out the delivery method (or request a specific method) can contact us. We aim to dispatch within 5 working days after receiving cleared payment. Once dispatched buyers will be notified with the tacking details. Please account for the additional time needed for delivery, depending on the courier/service used and your destination. We are happy to combine and reduce postage for multiple purchases- please contact us for quotes! RETURNS: We want to give you the best possible service. If you are unhappy with an item you receive for any reason, please email us as soon as possible and we will be happy to help. We endeavour to describe the condition of the Items accurately under the “condition” section of the listing. However, we will only accept returns if the item differs substantially from the description. Please contact us within 7 days for details on how to proceed. PLEASE NOTE: Items sold as “faulty”, “spares or repair” or “as seen” are not returnable under any circumstances. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT If the item IS damaged during delivery, we will give you our full assistance in claiming your money back through Royal Mail or the courier service used. However, please note that the amount of money you are able to reclaim from the postal provider may depend on the level of postage insurance you request. Buyers are responsible for requesting any additional insurance they require when making their payment. We can not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of damage during delivery. PAYMENT Please pay within 7 days or contact us if there is a problem. We accept payment by Paypal, personal cheque, postal order or banker's draft. Items are posted after payment is received, so if you want the item as soon as possible please use instant Paypal transfer. If paying by cheque or banker's draft, items will be posted once the payment has cleared into our account, which can take up to 5 working days. If you fail to pay for an item within 7 days and do not contact us, we will do our best to get in touch with you. If you do not respond to any emails from us within a reasonable time frame, unfortunately we will have to file a non paying bidder alert, etc. FEEDBACK: We take pleasure in leaving you positive feedback and hope you will return the favour!
