This is a k850i that is used and therefore has the normal wearing out of paint on areas and the odd scratch. Also the blue navi square on the front off the phone has come away at the top the square is still firmly attached to the phone tho and the camera button no long half presses when taking a photo otherwise this is a solid phone with good features and good battery life. In the box you will get the handset, pc suite software, usb cable, battery,wall charger, headphones/radio/handsfree, instruction manuals and a sony 512mb memory card.
