We reserve the right not ship to unconfirmed address and unverified paypal a/c, and we only ship to paypal confirmed address, please make sure the  address  in your paypal a/c is correct

No unwanted items can be returned

All faulty item returns must be pre-approved via email.

Faulty item claims should be made within 7 days of receipt of your product.

If the item is faulty, we will post a working replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will fully reimburse the customer. If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.

Shipping insurance is not required, but is highly recommended. Without insurance, seller is not responsible for any damage and loss incurred during shipping.
