All returns must be authorised and given a return number by us. Any item returned without return number will be returned to sender in their cost.

    * Any unwanted items which are returned in 'New' condition will incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
    * Unwanted items which are returned and have been opened (i.e. seals broken, packaging not intact) will incur a fee of up to 50%, subject to condition.
    * Memory Cards which have been opened, and returned because they are not compatible with your device will incur a re-stocking fee of 40%.
    * Any faulty item which are returned under warranty will be replaced or fully refunded.
    * Shipping charges won't be refunded.


Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after purchase date. Any faulty item under warranty needs to be claimed to manufacturer 30 days after purchase date.
Returning an item?
We strongly recommend that the package you are returning to us is fully insured and that you use a shipping service that can provide a proof of delivery. Flashmemo_UK will not be liable for any items you send, which are lost or damaged in transit.
