We have a dedicated warehouse with fully trained staff. We have been involved in Mail Order and e commerce for the last 12 years and have a wealth of experience in packing your goods so they arrive in a perfect condition.

We ship to the UK, Europe and on many products we ship Worldwide. We accept Paypal, All  Major Credit and Debit cards and if you prefer you can call with your details on 01482 627036  between 9.30 am  and 5 pm Mon to Fri  You can send us a cheque or postal order made payable to Motorway Hessle Ltd  Please post it to 86a Hull Road Hessle East Yorkshire HU13 9LU  Or If you live locally you can also call in and collect your item.

We describe our items honestly and never knowingly sell faulty items. In the unlikely event you have a problem with any of our products please do contact us at the earliest opportunity and within 14 days latest of receiving your goods, and we will endeavour to assist you.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched . Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or have issued an e cheque via paypal

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
