This item comes fully assembled ready for use in your home.

Payment is required immediately via paypal and must clear before we dispatch or you collect the item(s).
We do accept cheques, bankers drafts and postal orders, and payment would have to clear before dispatching/collecting them item(s).

Collection is by arrangement only – ideally Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please ask if you need to collect outside these hours or at weekends.

Delivery – Prices and Times

Delivery is FREE to anywhere in the UK mainland (excludes channel islands and highlands of scotland)
Delivery is 7-10 days. Please provide a contact phone number for us to call you to arrange delivery.

If a specific delivery day/time is required or if you need the item urgently please email us and we'll see what we can arrange. For Saturday delivery there is an additional fee of £13. If you require Saturday delivery please leave a note when making payment. We use a trusted local courier to ensure a high level of service. We do our best to package the items securely and to date, we have not had any breakages, although this cannot be guaranteed. If a breakage/damage does occur during transit please let us know asap and we will dispatch another item to you at no extra cost and arrange collection of the damaged item.

Returns

If you are not happy with the item, we will take it back within 7 days, providing it is in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. However, you will be responsible for the cost of transport both ways. We will be happy to send a replacement item (provided we still have it in stock) or give you a refund for the product value.
Obviously, if there is a genuine fault with the product that we haven't mentioned, or the item is damaged in transit, we will cover the cost of transport.
Please notify us immediately of any problems. Remember, good communication is important and we are always happy to help – see our positive feedback.

Condition

All of our modern reproduction furniture is new, however as it is hand-made, some items may carry mirror imperfections as no two items are identical due the the manufacturing methods.
Items are checked by us prior to dispatch to ensure no surface damage has occurred whilst in storage. Some items may carry damage to non-showing surfaces eg the inside/underside, this is reflected in the price. Please be assured that we will not dispatch items that have damage to the visible surfaces.

We are an internet only based company so although open ‘24/7’ we only answer emails/calls/text 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Please note, viewing items can be difficult as we don’t have a shop, however, we always try to accommodate our customers needs.

Return policy

Returns will only be accepted if the item is damaged in transit (the courier provide us with a report of any damage). We will of course dispatch a replacement item immediately if damage occurs during transit. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you purchase the correct sized door. If you do make a mistake and order the wrong size you will be liable for the cost of returning the wrong door and postage of the correctly sized item.

Also, we can not be held responsible for any work or problems resulting from poor workmanship applied to the door.
