This is the same clock as our 03G09 but with a 7 DAY WEIGHT DRIVEN Movement incorporating AUTOMATIC NIGHT SHUT OFF! This magnificent, top quality clock stands some 6ft 10in high and should fit snugly in to any home. Being of such shape and size it could fall into the category of the smaller more petite Grandmother Clocks, not over powering and not taking up to much space. We feel this will become our most popular clock because you are getting the best of all worlds i.e. Not to large, Weight Driven, Auto Night Shut Off and Westminster Chimes. The dials, face and working 'Astrological Phase of the Moon' are lacquered brass finish, as are the pendulum and weights.

The melodic Westminster Chimes sound on the hour, quarter hour, and half hour, with the option to permanently silence them or just silence them at night.

Remember, this is a quality, hand-finished, solid oak, mechanical product and should not be confused with inferior, battery-operated, flat-pack, "chipboard" substitutes. This is an exceptional high quality product and is, in our opinion, superior to many being offered for sale at up to £899.00.

  Just thought I¹d let you know that the clock has arrived (8811GMA) and it¹s AWESOME! I¹ts far better than we expected. I can¹t believe you can make and sell these clocks for so little money. Everything about it says "quality".
  
  No more flat-pack furniture for us!
  
  The clock was very easy to assemble and set-up so thanks for the instructions, and it was very well packed. I had just enough time to hear it chime before I went back to work and I don¹t have the words to describe how nice it sounds...not too loud and not to quiet, just right.
  
  We were surprised how well it fitted with our decor which is quite modern, it¹s quite a dominant piece but not over-the-top.
  
  I¹ve been looking for a clock for some time and have been round all the furniture shops locally who have grandfather clocks at 4 times the price but are no comparison to yours, thank god we found you on Ebay, why don¹t you advertise?

• Movement comes with a 1 year guarantee, which includes parts and labour.  (This means if in the unlikely event the clock develops a problem we will collect it at our expense for repair or replacement providing the fault can not be rectified over the phone). This warranty covers manufactured defects but does not include wear and tear, misuse and/or abuse. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. Locks/Hinges come with a 1 year guarantee.  In the case of a defect we will supply you with replacement parts. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice which will act as your proof of purchase.
• You must keep the packaging for 1 week after assembly, in the event that you need to return it.  Failure to comply will result in additional charges passed on to you.
• You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days of receipt. However, the item/s must be returned in an unused condition and re-packed in the manner in which it was supplied. The cost of repairing any damage due to incorrect re-packaging will be deducted from the refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.
• By placing a bid or purchasing via a 'Buy It Now' auction you a entering into a legally binding contract. If for any reason you fail to complete your eBay order by not making full payment we reserve the right to fully recover our eBay costs.
• If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24hrs of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace the item within the usual timescales as indicated in our terms of delivery.
• All items must be returned securely fastened in their original packaging. Our couriers will not collect unpackaged items.

• Delivery Charge if applicable covers:- Mainland UK only. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to Ireland at present.
• Collection is not possible due to Insurance implications regarding our premises being a warehouse.  All our sales are internet based thus keeping prices down.
• The clock comes in 1 large box and weighs 33 kilo, so the delivery driver may on rare occasions need some assistance.
• When the delivery date has been arranged please stick to it.  Don't go hoovering up just sit in and wait.  If you miss the delivery for what ever reason you will be charged £35.00 for each subsequent delivery attempt. (So it pays to be in!!)
• On receipt of cleared payment our carrier will collect your clock and will contact you within 48hrs to schedule a convenient day for delivery. Our Carrier collects from us on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• On receipt of payment our carrier will endeavour to deliver to mainland UK within the times scheduled (excluding weekends & public holidays). However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Antique Reproductions shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.
• All items delivered require a signature. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as "damaged".  You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace your item within the usual timescale as indicated in our terms of delivery. We cannot accept claims for damaged goods if the courier has obtained a clean signature or if more than 24 hours after delivery.
• If you have not received your item on the arrange date, you must notify the courier as soon as possible. If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct. If we have an item returned back to us due to non communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

• We accept PayPal, Personal Cheque, Bankers Draft and Direct Bank Transfer.
• At the end of an Auction and when we receive payment we do send e-mails out. Please check your e-mails regularly and respond in a timely manner.
• You must contact us within 24hrs of the Auction Ending to advise payment type and organise a delivery date if payment already sent.
• Please make sure all address details on eBay are correct and up to date.
• If you wish to ship to an alternative address other than the one listed on eBay please contact us ASAP.
• If paying by cheque please include a copy of the e-mail/invoice from us, you wouldn't believe how many people send a cheque without any attached information.
