Profiled Solid ASH or OAK Architrave

This high quality architrave is machined to your order. It is shown here in Solid American White OAK but is also available in a range of other timbers such as:

Maple
Merranti
Ash
Beech

Available in Torous or Ogee Pattern in the above species of timber. Jjust give us a call or send us an email and we will be pleased to help.

Delivery

Delivery quotes and costs will depend on your location and the value of your order - we have our own vehicles which deliver to you directly within the West MIdlands area, outside that area we use a national delvery company to make all of our deliveries - we will be pleased to quote for your delivery requirements, just drop us an email to sales@bordertimber.com or send us an enquiry through ebay and we will confirm the prices and delivery timetable to you.

Alternatively we welcome free direct collection from our factory.

Lengths

Materials will be supplied in random lengths - if you require specific lengths please contact us for availability. Specific lengths may be available at an additional cost dependant upin the stock we have in at the time.

Important Notes

Please note that this architrave is manufactiured for you from solid timber and as such it is subject to some surface shakes and knots which are natural features of the timber and are not faults.

All architrave comes as a planed finish only and will require some post production sanding before installation.

Return policy

Cancelling Your Order.

You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 working days of the date of delivery. 
If you decide to cancel and return your goods because you simply do not like them or have change your mind, we must receive the goods back in a resalable condition as you received them. The onus is on the customer to return in these cases. Failure to do this will affect your refund accordingly. Goods will be inspected and a refund could be refused.
If a number of unsuccessful attempts are made to deliver an order and it is returned to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to charge for the return fee.
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost. 
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date the returned goods are received.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management in all other cases, a restocking charge will be applied.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods.

Please inspect your goods on delivery.
Any damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 3 working days of the date of delivery. Failure to do this will affect your refund accordingly.
In most cases we will arrange pickup and replacement of the faulty/damaged goods. We will inform you of our intention.
If Border Timber requests the return of faulty/damaged goods at the customer's expense then these costs will be refunded in full.
On receiving the goods they will be inspected and a refund could be refused if they are found not to be faulty. 
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date the returned goods are received. 
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management in all other cases.
