These items will be delivered by us or we may use a courier service dependant on location. You will be required to sign for the item and someone should be there to do so. You will be notified of the intended delivery date before hand by email and/or phone. In all cases you must include your best contact phone number to avoid delays. If there is no one to accept the delivery as arranged you may be charged a fee for redelivery.Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Some deliveries may be at weekends. We regret that we can not give delivery times but in some cases may be able to state am or pm. If we make the delivery you will be required to check you item before signing for it. Please do not sign if your item appears damaged in any way as returns will not be accepted after signing
Dispatch time
We do endeavour to deliver your item within 14 days however at busy times this may be longer as all items are made to order. Should you wish to know an approx delivery date before buying then please ask.
Returns
In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged you must notify us via bay messaging within 14 days.
