System Requirements: Windows 98/98SE/Me/2000/XP/Vista, 64Mb RAM, soundcard [or onboard sound], CD-ROM drive, 600 MHz processor or better. To burn CDs, you will need a CDR/RW drive or DVD/RW drive. To use some of the programs on this CD, you will also need an Internet connection; dial-up is fine but broadband would be better. To read the on-CD documentation to its best effect, you will need Adobe Acrobat reader. This can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com. Text-only versions of some of the manuals are also available on the CD but these are of course not illustrated.

Fair question! As stated above, most of my products [except my own creations] are in the Public Domain, and it is perfectly feasible for you to spend hours finding these programs yourself on the Internet for free. I therefore don't see why you should pay over the odds for these products!
If these products are downloadable from the Internet, what am I paying you for?
I have done all the work for you by researching, finding, checking and assembling these products for you, so you are paying me for my time spent in performing this service. There are also my associated costs in selling and delivering these products to you, such as the CD, time taken and maintaining my download servers.
What happens if I have problems with my product?
I pride myself in providing outstanding customer service. Therefore:
