One of the first synth duo acts of the 1980's to have major sucess, Soft Cell's debut album always had slightly seedy overtones and tongues placed firmly in their cheeks. Several hit singles "Bedsitter", "Say Hello Wave Goodbye", "Torch" and the international hit "Tainted Love" are included here as well as a number of bonus tracks not included on the original album.
