4.     We have 7 days of return policy. If you find that the clothes is not fit for your doggie, or the real clothing is really different from the photo. You can send it back to us and change for another item, or a full refund as you want. (*Only unwear clothes is acceptable.)

  • To avoid any damage, all items will be securely packaged to ensure perfect condition when arrived.
  • Item will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of the auction payment.
  • Register mail is recommended. Buyers would receive a tract number for tracing the item in local post office.
  • If non-register mail is used, we are not obligate for the lost during shipping.
