Once delivered, the goods will become your property and your
responsibility and Sound Light Ltd will not accept any
liability for loss damage or destruction to the items you
purchase.
You will be asked to sign for your goods, on which you are
responsible for checking your items before you sign. On
signing, you are accepting that all items have been received
and in good condition or what you previously agreed. If the
courier will not wait for you to check the goods you must
notify the courier company of this. Please be aware that
Sound Light Ltd does not and will not take any
responsibility for goods that are accepted by you, they
become your property and we are no longer a party to them
unless faulty.
If you cannot check the product(s) at that moment in time,
you must sign as 'UNCHECKED' . Failure to do so may affect
any warranty you may have in the future.
Can I have my goods delivered to another address? - Yes!
Full verification we will required for this service, if this
is requested, your transaction details are checked by a
member of staff, at this point we will contact you again,
you will then be asked to verify your details, once we have
taken you through our verification and security checks, your
goods will then be dispatched.
Can I pay by "Cash on Delivery" ? - NO! We do not dispatch
any goods until payment is received in full.

Returnss
Dead on
arrival' : Goods found to be faulty from new can be returned
for replacement or refund. The customer must notify Sound
Light Ltd within 48 hours from receiving their goods. The
faulty goods will then be collected (within the UK only) by
Sound Light Ltd's courier. Failed delivery due to customer (i.e
customer not present or refused goods) which are returned to
Sound Light Ltd are subject to £15 charge for return. If the
same goods are requested to be re-delivered, a minimum of £5
re-delivery charge will apply.
Acceptable orders which have been placed and cleared* by 2pm
weekdays will be shipped that day for expected delivery in
Mainland UK during the next working day, (barring systems
failure etc). If an order has not cleared in time, Sound
Light Ltd will contact the customer to inform them of any
delay.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded,
however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt
of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for
and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be
faulty, we will offer to collect the item(s) and refund the
collection costs upon receipt of the goods.
