A small, very old laquered wooden trinket box with attractive Mother of Pearl inlay. There are some very small pieces of inlay missing and I have shown a small chip in the wood in one picture. Probably Japanese, it could be older than 1900. It is just under 4" (10cms) long and 1 1/2" (4cms) high.
