Postage includes packaging and handling costs. Everything I send is very well packed with tissue paper, bubble wrap, polychips and double boxed if fragile, this makes packaging expensive but ensures you receive your item intact. Please remember to take into account the amount you pay for postage when purchasing an item and that I do not guarantee a set time that you will receive the item although I will aim for 5-6 working days or sooner. Pick up is not available regardless of locality.

Once I have posted an item I will not take responsibility for any breakages but always keep proof of posting and can provide you with this for you to make a claim against Royal Mail if necessary although I rarely have known breakages as I pack very carefully. Should you find a fault with the item or you are not happy with it you will be fully refunded on return of the item.
