Small Size Chinese Marriage Chest - Wood Lacqued (Brown)

This is an unusual item original purchase at London Auction. A Classic Brown Lacquer finish storage chest. There are black chinese lettering under the lacquer finish. 

The chest comes with a separate wooden stand (adds another 12cm to height). It has a chinese brass metal clasp (see photo).

Can be used as storage of jewellary box or separate storage of artifacts; ideal for the bedroom or living room.
