This part was pulled from a working computer so comes with a DOA warranty, the item must be returned within 14 days for refund, buyer to return at their on cost and postage charge is not refundable, as usual with this type of part you will need some basic knowledge of computer assembling as most returns, when tested are found to be working, we can only refund non working parts, unfortunately we have had a couple of parts returned that we never supplied (the customer fitted my working part and tried to return his duff bit) so we now mark certain items and will report this to ebay

Please make sure the item you are bidding on is the correct item as we can only refund if the item is found to be faulty, all items returned will be checked and refunded only if found to be faulty after testing, items damaged in transit have to be claimed through the courier or for smaller items sent in the post, Royal Mail so please sign as damaged if it turns up squashed, battered, trampled etc.
Please note if the main description says the item is untested / sold as seen or faulty the item is non returnable and usual warranty conditions do not apply.
We use either courier or Royal mail depending on weight / size etc, we despatch within 2 days of cleared payment (unless the lot description says otherwise) we will email you as soon as the item is despatched, please note couriers will only attempt delivery 3 times and then return the item to us, if you need us to resend the item we will have to charge again.
This item will be sent by courier and our max postage charge is £10 so if you find anything else in our shop you are interested in we can put it in the same box and you just pay for the item with no extra postage.
Some sellers offer just 5 – 10% discount for multiple purchases, this is 100% for multiple purchases.
We only despatch to PAYPAL REGISTERED / CONFIRMED addresses in the UK, if your address is unconfirmed please chose other courier as we will need to send it insured
