Policies:
Payment: We prefer payment by Pay pal, however we will accept a money order or cashier's check within seven days of the end of the auction. We would request that you pay for multiple item purchases together after combining them in your shopping cart.
Shipping: We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If you plan to purchase more than one item, then wait to make payment until you have finished bidding or buying, and then combine all items and make one payment. We ship using different carriers depending on how many items you purchase, and where the shipment is going. We do ship internationally, however for Canadian shipments please contact us for shipping quotation prior to bidding. We combine items with full shipping on the item with the highest shipping cost, and 50% of each addtional item.
Returns/Warranty: We do not accept returns on this item, however if you do not receive the item as described in this listing we will replace the item at no cost.
Feedback: We take feedback very seriously, and do our best to leave appropriate feedback. We will immediately leave positive feedback for anyone who leaves positive feedback for us. We do not take neutral or negative feedback lightly, and consider it unacceptable for one reason. We will fix or correct any problems that our customers have without any cost to the customer. Our position is that if we are contacted about a problem, and fix our mistake immediately, then none of our customers will ever have a reason to leave us negative or neutral feedback.

PAYMENT POLICY: We prefer to receive payment by PayPal, however we will accept a Cashier's Check, Money Order or a Personal Check. SHIPPING POLICY: We normally ship by USPS or UPS ground. We do our best to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving cleared payment on any order. We do offer international shipping on most items at the shipping rate indicated in the listing. We do combine shipping cost for all customers on multiple item purchases. We combine at 50% off the shipping rate on all items after the first item purchased. We have a special rate for Canadian customers, usually equal to the US rate plus $3, however a special adjustment is necessary in the checkout cart, so please email us prior to payment if you are in Canada.
WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY: We offer our customers the option of purchasing insurance on all items purchased. Please address all shipping damage claims directly with the shipping company. We do not accept returns unless we have made a mistake and the item is not as described in the listing. We do not warranty any items beyond that which is specified in the description or listing. We do not ask our customers to pay for any costs if we have made a shipping error.
OUR FEEDBACK POLICY: If any customer pays using one of the payment methods we have offered within seven days, we will immediately leave positive feedback for that customer. AND THEN we will rely on our quality of product and our ability to provide good customer service, to EARN positive feedback from our customers.
