This is the full pack that you get when you join the Slimming World classes but on CD.

 You have your Food Optimising book which is RED on one side and GREEN on the other with all your Syns in the middle. The food optimising book contains your mail Slimming World eating plan, including all your free foods and healthy extras.
The "Choose Success" book, Extra Easy plan, the Mix 2 Max plan, the Body Magic book, food diary and fit sheet are also included in this pack.

The CD is very easy to use. Simply put it into your disk drive on PC or laptop and wait for the window to pop up.

When the window appears click "Autorun.exe" and the program will pop up. Easy!

 

I can also provide MAC compatiable versions of this disc.
