Returns Policy: 
- Must email us within 7 days of receipt.
- Must be return within 7 days of receipt.
- Must include the RF(returns form) with the item, without RF, returned items will be rejected and return to sender.  Please print RF form – CLICK HERE.
- All items must be unused, in its original packaging with all its accessories and still in 100% re-saleable condition.
- Opened packaging or lost packaging return items are subject to a 50% refund deduction.
- Item missing accessories are subject to a 30% refund reduction per accessory.
- Postage fees will not be refunded in any case.
- If item had been tempered with (if obvious man-made scatch...etc), we will not exchange or refund in any case, item will be return to buyer.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept headset, armband (arm strap) returns.
- We do not accept return on our used or on sale items.
- All returned item will be tested before refund or replacement can be issue.  Testing will take approx. 4-7 working days depending on item.
- For faulty item exchange, items returned are tested, and if found in working order will be returned and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- All faulty item will only be exchanged for the same item only and if that item is no longer in stock, we will offer an alternative product with the same price. 
- We do not offer refund for faulty item. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance.
We can only refund or replace items we actually receive.  All Returns are processed within 4-7 working days of receipt at our office.  Please ensure you include a RF form, otherwise your returned package will be destroyed or return to sender.
It is buyer’s responsibility that we receive your return item by a “sign-for” service, if you decide to return item with non “sign-for” service, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item
If we still have not received your returned item within 15 working days, please contact your courier / post office.

All return packages, faulty or not; will not be accepted at our UK depot after 14 days of receipt.
Our UK depot cannot accept ANY return items after 14 days of receipt, if you have not contacted or return item in time, all faulty items must be returned to our main office in Hong Kong.

Issues regarding compatibility should be resolved before purchasing. Wa Wa Gadget Ltd. will not be held responsible once goods have been purchased.
Wa Wa Gadget Ltd. will not be responsible when the electronic device’s usage had exceeded its working range described.
