DELIVERY
*We provide a free of charge overnight delivery service (or you can choose a date suitable to you) to all UK Post Code areas except for the following where a 3 Day delivery is offered and an additional £15 charge is payable before dispatch:- AB10 – AB56, FK19 – FK21, IV1 – IV56, KA27 – KA28, KW1 – KW14, PA20 – PA78, PH9 – PH44 and PO30 – PO41. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or any offshore Island (except Isle Of Wight).
Delivery will be made between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday by a national courier company. The driver will be unaccompanied and may require help with lifting some heavier mattresses to the front door.
WHEN ORDERING
Please provide a contact telephone number and a convenient week day delivery date when someone will be in between 8.00am – 5.00pm to accept/sign for the order. We cannot dispatch any orders before receiving this information.Our order cut off time each week day for orders to be dispatched is 11.00 am. Orders placed after this time cannot be dispatched that day. Please note that all orders placed after 11.00 am on a Friday will not be dispatched until the Monday afternoon!
PACKAGING
Each mattress is extremely well packaged (vacuum packed and bagged in heavy duty plastic) for the best possible protection during the delivery process.

Please inspect your product(s) upon delivery for fault or damage and report any to us by email within 24 hours of receipt for a free exchange or full refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please inform us by email within 7 days of delivery to receive a refund. In all cases the mattress must be unused, still in it's original packaging and be resellable as brand new. The buyer will be responsible for all return carriage costs and the product(s) will be inspected upon return before the refund is issued. The return carriage costs will be deducted from the refund amount at the following rates:
2’6” or 3’0” Single Size £ 30.00
4’0” or 4’6” Double Size £ 40.00
5’0” or 6’0” King Size £ 50.00
The customer will be sent bags, tape, end corners and an address label to package the mattress (prior to the recollection date). All returns will be collected by a national carrier. All product(s) remain the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received back by 1st4mattresses.
