This is a repair kit for your thomson sky + or sky HD box , unfortunately the original power supply components were of cheap chinese origin your lucky if it makes the warranty ,

we have put put together a kit of components that will cure all the common faults caused by PSU components failing ,

PLEASE NOTE COMPONENTS WE SUPPLY ARE TOP GRADE , HIGH TEMP RATED , (other peoples kits may not be !!)

we are ourselves a repair company and can give you a after sales back up of help if you get stuck , but please only buy this kit if you can use a soldering iron or know someone who can ,

Our kit contains 14 components and is easy to do as long as you follow enclosed instructions , it is 99% g/teed to cure faults below,

even if it dont these components will need to be changed within 2 years anyway because of the original poor quality components

Some Of The Common Faults This Will Repair Include (But Is Not Limited To):

Some channels missing others ok

Box Stuck In Standby With Red Light On

No Satellite Signal Or Poor Quality/Signal Strength

Picture Break Up

Failed Recordings (Due To Timer Fault)

Box Keeps Resetting Or Going Into Standby On Its Own (dont confuse this with skys power save feature )

Dead box no red light (sometimes cures this )

Best to put known good box (friends or neighbours) on your dish just to make sure your problem is not dish related,

 some of above faults can be caused by dish problems
