Common questions

Q. Will my existing Sky or Sky+ card work with this new Sky+ receiver?

A. Yes. A quick phone call to sky and they will enable your viewing card to work in the new receiver.

Q. Can I upgrade from my standard Sky box to this Sky+ box?

A. Yes, but you would probably need the LNB on your dish upgrading and a second signal feed wire installing to the Sky+ box. See the Optional Extra's below (Quad LNB)

Q. Does it cost extra to subscribe to Sky+?

A. It is free to use all the Sky+ services as long as you subscribe to a Sky package over £17.00 a month, otherwise it's an extra £10.00 a month to use all the recording facilities etc.

The receiver comes complete in the box with remote control, user manuals and cables. In addition, this receiver comes complete with our exclusive Dish Alignment Guides.
