This is a new replacement rear roof bee-sting, beesting
antenna mast for the Skoda Fabia and Octavia models. This is a genuine Fuba replacement mast as
supplied to Skoda VW/ VAG by the original equipment suppliers Fuba of Germany. This
mast has a length of 385mm (15 inches) with a flexible black rubber sheathed
coil around the whip. It has a 5mm diameter male thread 7mm in length.
This mast is for AM/FM radio reception.
These aerials were pioneered by Fuba, Hirschmann, Bosch and
Beru, all based in Germany
and all suppliers to vehicle manufacturers as original equipment.
This is a quality OE part to VAG specification and should
not be confused with many cheaper, poorer quality copies that are widely
available, mostly manufactured in the Far East.....
If you wish to maintain your Skoda's superior reliability and build quality, fit
the partsVW approve, to their high
standards, and not some cheap inferior quality part of dubious origin.

This mast replaces the original Fuba aerial/mast fitted as
original equipment from the factory. On older vehicles, please compare the
photograph and description to the aerial mast on your vehicle, to ensure the
aerial has not already been replaced with an aftermarket aerial.
If your mast is damaged, missing, bent, or you radio
reception is poor, picking up only stronger FM/AM signals, this is probably
what you need.
