Refunds will be issued if the item is returned in the exact same condition as you received it. Postage on returns will not be refunded. I will post your item as soon as I can but please be advised that with the amount of P.O. closing and that I live in a village it might be a few days. I try and post out once a week, but could be more. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT GO ASTRAY OR GET BROKEN IN THE POST. I obtain proof of posting for the majority of my items. I have recently had a few refund requests due to \'missing\' parcels which I feel is grossly unfair as I always obtain proof of postage and cannot prove whether or not the parcel was received. If you are not willing to pay the additional recorded/special delivery/insurance then the item is posted at your own risk in ALL cases (Lost or Broken). For UK buyers the additional cost is 2.00p. In the event of a damage claim I will require a photo of the broken item, the packaging the item(s) was sent in and the Postage Paid label.
