Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

For offshore islands including Northern Ireland deliveries please contact us for additional shipping costs. Bidders with negative feedback, please contact us before bidding. Auction winners should make payment within 5 days please. Non paying bidders will be charged our auction fees, no excuses, if you bid then you must pay. Call us to discuss payment methods. We accept all major credit and debit cards over the phone or web payments by paypal. Sorry, we do not accept cheques.

Delivery&Shipping

Smaller boxed items will be sent with a next working day courier service. Although we do pride our selves on fast shipping please do allow up to three days for delivery. This can be expected Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, unfortunately they cannot guarantee an exact time.  

Large bulk items are sent on a pre-booked service. You will receive a phone call to make sure someone is home to receive the delivery or pre-book a delivery date that is convenient. Please make sure someone suitable is available to receive and assist with the delivery. We cannot be responsible or help with access for large items, should any provisions need to be made prior to delivery this is down to the receiver. (removal of doors or windows etc)

All pre-booked failed or returned deliveries are chargeable. Courier failed deliveries are not charged on the first attempt but you must contact them asap if you receive a failed delivery card.

Terms&Returns

We have a very simple returns policy! If you find a fault with an item all you have to do is call us and return it with in 7 days at your cost, we will then replace either the item or faulty part at our cost. Returns are at the discretion of the customer services manager. 

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service.
