This is a stand alone pillar drill which runs on ordinary mains electric, 240V. Its is in good condition, but just not getting used here. It works fine on forward, but trips the electric when put in reverse, so clearly has a loose wire.

A: No, I have just had it switched on and its fine in the normal drilling direction. It only trips out in reverse, so must have a loose wire.

 Q: What make is this please? I see a sticker on the front, but can't make it out. Regards, Barry
A: The badge on the front says "Startright Speedway" its an older drill made by a company in Middlesex. I have just had it running and its fine.
