Payment Policy

Payment must be received within 5 days once invoice sent after auction ended. Fail to pay, winning bidder will get a negative feedback and the winning item shall be relisted.

Refund Policy

Refund must be authorised and are accepted only on incorrect item sent – damaged item must be supported with photo within 3 days via email upon receipt of item arrival.

We reserved the rights not to refund in exchange of another one. The returned item must be in its original condition without any physical changes.

Carelessly packed by irresponsible buyer will not get a refund.

Non-Registered Package

Winning bidder is liable for its risk from stolen, loss and damaged.

Combine Shipping & Handling Discounts

This is available when buying multiple items and sent in same package within the same ebay site.

We can’t provide a combine Ebay invoice from different sites, Ebay does not has such function to support.  If interested, you could approach us to arrange otherwise.

Shipping Policy

Winning Bidder is responsible for all shipping, import, export, insurance and custom fees if any.

We are not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen Packages or any other mishap during shipment. Insurance is advisable for all international winning bidders to consider.

For registered package, please include your phone number with your paypal payment to allow your local Post Service to contact you to accept the package.

By default, item will be mailed via air through Singapore Post.

To mail via surface for cheaper fare, please contact seller.

International Delivery: 14-21 working days to arrive.

Local Singapore Delivery: 5-10 working days to arrive

We will ship out the item(s) within 10 working days once payment clearance received from Bank is cleared.
