Silver Wedding Anniversary Guest Book/Album/Keepsake

**Due to possible disruption with Royal Mail please try and give me as much time as possible to make and send this out to you**

I have made this Guest Book Album Keepsake Scrapbook with hard covers

I have handbound the covers with white mulberry paper which has silver threads running through this

For the design I have made a topper with silver edges and in the centre the number 25 in minute diamond gems.  In one corner I have added a slightly sparkly rose.    I have used silver binding rings at the spine and added a ribbon with a bow

For the script panel I have used white hammer textured card, the decorative edges of which I decorate in silver

 The overall book measures just over 6" x 4".  I have added 12 plain white 235grm card which are large enough for your guest's to add their comments or you can add one 6" x 4" photo on each side of the page

PAYMENT

I accept personal cheques, postal orders and paypal

I accept e-cheques but please note that these can take up to 10 days to clear which may delay sending out your item to you

Payment is required within 7 days from the end of the auction please.  Please drop me an email to let me know if this will be delayed

POSTAGE

To post this item within the UK will be £1.20 for 1st class.  If you would like me to post this outside the UK please email me before you bid so I can give you a firm quote for postage costs before you bid

I will post the item to the address stated on ebay's invoice unless you instruct me to do otherwise

I always obtain proof of posting but should your item not be delivered then I shall do all I can to help trace the missing item

Would you please consider having the item sent by Recorded Delivery which is an extra 72p

RETURNS

I work closely with all my customers to ensure you receive a unique and bespoke item.  I seek your instructions at each stage of the procedure

I can therefore only accept returns if I have made an error.  Please notify me immediately.  If an error has been made then I will do my utmost to rectify this to your satisfaction.  If I am unable to do this, then I will ask that you return the item to me whereupon I shall refund your original payment

If you find that you have made an error, then please do not worry.  Email me immediately and together we shall try and rectify this to your satisfaction
