Silver Toast Rack 4 Slice Birmingham 1920

This is a good Solid Silver 4 Slice Toast Rack.  It has arched racks and 4 bracket feet and a club shape loop handle.

Makers Marks:  E.S.B (ES Barnsley & Co (Edward Souter Barnsley)                

Dimensions:     3 inches long, 2.25 inches wide and 3.25 inches tall (including the handle).  It weighs 59g           

Condition:     It is in very good condition apart from having a slight wobble, but this is minor           

Remarks:     A very good solid silver 4 slice toast rack that would look impressive on any breakfast table or tray    

Antique and vintage silver by its very nature has been previously used.  Silver is a comparatively soft metal and a combination of many years use invariably leaves its mark.  I do endeavour to describe all items accurately but do not expect any antique to be in "as new condition".
