Wherever possible we attempt to advertise our products at the most competitive price available. We do however retain the right to make alterations to the prices at any time. Faulty Goods: Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage costs. Any new item that is faulty will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable we will refund the purchase price plus postage. 

Non-Faulty Goods: Non-faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Returns MUST include all original packaging and documentation to ensure a refund may be authorised. Postage is only refundable on faulty items.
