About MeMY SELLING POLICY

This is a Good Size Solid Silver Sauce Boat.  It has rounded panelled sides and has a raised lined border to the top rim.  It has a decorative question mark scroll handle and it stands on 3 hoof feet.  It is of a good size and is made from a good guage of silver so it is quite heavy

Makers Marks: W & H (Walker & Hall)                

Dimensions:    7 inches long (including the handle), just over 3.5 inches wide and 3.75 inches tall.  It weighs 204g    

Condition:     Overall it is in very good condition with just one shallow dent to the side but this is minor and some light surface scratching which is only to be expected on a metal item and commensurate with age and use, but again this is minor           

Remarks:     This is a very good solid silver sauce boat of a good size and weight that would look impressive on any table to serve mint, horseraddish, apple, cranberry, tartare sauce etc, and because of its good size it would even make a very good gravy boat   

Antique and vintage silver by its very nature has been previously used.  Silver is a comparatively soft metal and a combination of many years use invariably leaves its mark.  I do endeavour to describe all items accurately but do not expect any antique to be in "as new condition".
