Returns ~ Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you find the goods are faulty, these can be returned in the original packaging & you will be offered a replacement or full refund for the item, including postage paid at point of purchase.
All our goods & packaging are quality checked prior to despatch.
The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prior to the return of your item please email sales@diamond-wishes.co.uk detailing the reason for return & relevant Ebay item number. A returns code is provided to be written on the front of your package along with the address to send your parcel to. Items returned without a returns number can delay the refund process
Returns ~ Non-Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that you are not pleased with your purchase, you have a right to cancel & return your item within 7 days of receipt. The item & display packaging must be in a resalable condition. Once returned goods are received & checked.
A refund for the cost of the item will be made. Postage & packing will not be refunded & the purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return of the item. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000) refers.
Note: Any jewellery worn through pierced skin cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons, e.g. Earrings, Belly Bars etc.
