We accept paypal, cheques, or postal orders.
If paying by cheque we will post once it has cleared.

All items sent record 1st class, international recorded or special delivery.  There will be no exceptions.

We try and ship most weekedays so your item should arrive quite quickly if you are in the UK.
 
Should your item not arrive we will file a claim on your behalf, we can only do this 10 days after we posted it as stated on royal mails websire, and 20 business days for international deliveries.  please be aware that if your item is over £30 you should select special delivery as royal mail will only pay up to 30£. Royal mail will then contact you to fill in a form to confirm non receipt.  Royal Mail will then send us a cheque, once this happens we will refund you.  Please be aware this can take 3 weeks.
 
Returns & Samples
No returns will be accepted unless damaged.  Should item be damaged in post please contact us immediately.  Should the item be damaged the tags should still be attached and it should be in an unworn state.  Should the tags not be attached you will need to claim for damages with royal mail.
If you have a problem with your item please contact as soon as you see it and we will try and help the best way we can.
If the item is bought with buy it now you can return for a refund up to 7 days after purchase. You must notify me in writing stating the problem and return the item to me in its original packaging ensuring that it gets back to me safely with all tags attached.  Refunds will not be issued for any reason if the tags have been tampered with.
