avoid disappointment customer should purchase the SPECIAL DELIVERY
option if they require items quickly. If you choose the special
delivery option your order will be posted on our next postal day and
you will receive it the day after WE post it, NOT the day after
payment.

always obtain proof of postage. I cannot be held responsible for any
items after they have been dispatched. This responsiblity lies with The
Royal Mail, who do not consider an item lost until after 15 days(21
days for International delivery).

Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 days have passed (21 for International deliveries)

Customers
are advised to purchase the Recorded Delivery option which makes the
item easier to trace, though this doesnt insure Jewellery items, in
which case customers should purchase the Special Delivery option.
