 - A complete sign making shop. I'm selling due to moving 30 miles away from Bristol, and am tired of commuting on a 60 mile round trip every day.
I also provide trade signage into the sign trade nationwide, and am going to concentrate on that as my workshop is in the same village where I currently live.

The business has been trading at it's current location for 3 years.
We provide signage for local businesses, as well as banners, vehicle graphics, numberplates, and t-shirt / garment printing.
It will provide you with a good living straight away, and I will train you in all aspects of the business. It's all computerised so can be picked up quite easily, and will provide telephone support to the new owner for as long as they need.

The rent is relatively low at £420 per month and the landlord is happy to grant a new 3 year lease to the prospective new buyer, business rates are payable at £95 per month.

Everything you need is included, and the current owner will give one weeks professional training to the new owner if required.
The business is located on a prominent high street location in Bristol, 2 minutes from the M32 motorway, and enjoys busy passing traffic all day.

The turnover has been increasing every year for the last 3 years and figures will be made available to serious purchasers, ie if you take the time to visit the shop we will be happy to discuss figures, and can show the accounts for the last 3 years.

We have concentrated on dealing with business people, and the business makes mostly shop signs and van signwriting, but there is a massive market for car stickers, numberplates, sunstrips and boy racer type graphics that you could make a lot of money from this location for.
Also the T-shirt and garment printing side could be huge with more promotion, but we were so busy making signs, we never bothered!

It will only take you a few months to make your investment back at the starting price listed on this auction, and the value of the vinyl cutter, software, pc, heat press and stock is in excess of the starting price, so someone will be getting a bargain.
We had a buyer recently for the business who turned out not to have the money (£10k), so now I'm starting it at less than the cost of the equipment and stock and am selling it with NO RESERVE.

This is an ideal business for someone who wants to work for themselves, and it's already up and running, with a large databank of customers and jobs from the last 3 years. It is well known in the area, and there is scope for serious expansion.
