This new standard lens can capture a wide range of subjects. An aspherical lens satisfactorily compensates for distortion aberration throughout the zoom range. Compact and lightweight, this lens has excellent imaging capability and is easy to use.

Minimum focusing distance of 50cm (19.7 inches) throughout the entire zoom range
From 28mm wide to 105mm tele range this zoom lens has 50cm (19.7inches) minimum focusing distance. It has also maximum magnification of 1:5.6.

Aspherical Lens
An aspherical lens satisfactorily compensates for distortion aberration and produces a top quality optical performance throughout the entire zoom range. This advanced design has also resulted in a compact and lightweight lens.

Double-cam focusing system
This lens also incorporates a double-cam inner focusing zoom system that ensures compact and lightweight lens with excellent imaging capability and easy to use. As The front of the lens does not rotate, circular polarizing filters and a petal-type hood can easily be used.
