Shipping and Delivery

Delivery takes place Monday-Friday between 8am-6pm, We cannot give specific drop off times.  Whilst the vast majority of our products are delivered by our carrier on the 'next business day' after dispatch, our delivery service does NOT guarantee next day delivery.

Delivery charges can vary in certain parts of the UK, Please see below if you are affected.

Zones -A : No additional charge excluding London (Central) additional £15.00

Zones B and C: Additional £15.00 delivery charge.(postcodes: HS, IV41 to 49,  IV51 to 56,  KA27, 28  KW15 to 17,  PA20  PA41to 49  PA60 to 78  PH42 to 44 and ZE.)

No product will be dispatched until you have confirmed delivery address with us and also give us contact details for our carrier to arrange the book-in. We use a national carrier for delivering these goods , they are properly packaged and palletised and this is a door to door service as the drivers are not insured to bring the item into the house.

As with all deliveries, please ensure you fully check your product for any damage before signing, and notify us with any issues you may have. This is very rarely an issue but we ask as our insurers terms and conditions state these requirements.

If the packaging is at all damaged simply make a note of this on the delivery note, it just helps with any issues.

Returns Policy

Only faulty items returned in ‘As New’ Condition in all other respects will be accepted (if you have damaged an item attempting installation or attempted installation of a damaged item we will not accept return under any circumstance), replacement or refund will be made as soon as practicably possible once we have recovered the faulty/damaged item and not before.

If an item is being returned because customer ‘Changed Mind’ then the item is to be returned within 10 days of purchase at customers expense via an insured carrier in ‘As New’ condition, we will not accept returns after this period.  After satisfactory inspection a refund will be made within 14 days of receipt.

If an item is faulty the manufacturer must be contacted as all of our products carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty, unless otherwise stated.

BEFORE PURCHASE ENSURE YOU READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 We will not under any circumstances ship goods without cleared payment. We allow a statutory 5 working days after deposit for bank cheques to clear before dispatch of goods.

We do not dispatch large items (eg ovens and refrigeration) without full postal address and contact telephone number to assist with delivery.  If this information is missing we will contact you via Ebay message to request missing information which will require a response via Ebay message and no other medium, this may result in a delay in dispatch as a result.  It is therefore in your interests to ensure that all relevant information is complete at point of purchase.

All appliances come with full manufacturer’s warranty, which is usually 1 year unless otherwise stated.
