Payment

Paypal is our preferred payment option. The checkout will automatically direct you to Paypal after you confirm your order, so please follow the instructions to complete the payment. If you don't have Paypal, we can also accept Postal Order, Cheques, Nochex, or IBAN Bank Transfer - full instructions are in the checkout. Fast payment is appreciated..

Postage Options

We ship items usually within 24 hours of receiving payment or the next day (excluding weekends). Please note we are based in the UK.
Transit times are typically: UK - around 2-4 days, Europe, 7-12 days, and the Rest of the World - 7-14 days. Please allow the respective amount of time for the delivery before raising a query as most mail will arrive within these timeframes. If you would like your order quicker, we do offer postal upgrades at additional costs - the available options will be shown at checkout. High value transactions via Paypal may be delayed if further verfications are needed.

Returns

You can return your items within 14 days for exchange or refund - for quicker service, please inform us first before making a return. Maximum refund value is limited to the price of the item. In the case of new mobile phone handsets, these must be unopened/unused (unless faulty).
