Payment

We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, 
Paypal, Postal Orders, Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices 
include VAT.

Shipping

Packaging
We take great care packaging every item to ensure 
safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and payment has cleared 
your item will be dispatched as soon as possible (please allow extra time if 
paying by cheque). 
Shipping Methods
Depending on the size and weight of your item it 
will be shipped either via Initial City Link or Royal Mail. We may need to 
contact you to arrange for a signed delivery if the item is of a high value. 
Please make sure you supply us with your telephone number to avoid any delays 
regarding delivery. If nobody is at home our couriers will attempt the next 
working day (Monday to Friday). If your delivery fails for a second time it will 
be taken back to the City Link/ Royal Mail depot. It is your responsibility to 
collect the parcel at this point.

We aim to dispatch your item within 24 hours of 
receiving your order.

Damage Policy
On delivery you must inspect the goods carefully 
for damage as Inta Audio is unable to accept responsibility for damage in 
transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises 
Inta Audio of such within three working days from the date of delivery.

Returns

Returns 
and Refunds Policy 

If you would like to return an item please contact Inta Audio on 
0845 299 4242
to obtain an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number you can attach 
this to the paperwork and return the item to the address below, providing it 
meets the following criteria: 



Goods must be returned as sold, i.e in the original packaging with all 
components and accessories. Goods must be complete, unused, and in NEW condition 
(eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so 
without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and 
must be re-packaged as received. 



Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within 7 days from 
authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of un-wanted and non-faulty items 
after the 7 days. 



Any free gifts, or bundled items delivered with the products must also be 
returned. 



In the event of an authorised return without the original packaging, Inta Audio 
reserves the right to apply a re-stocking fee.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Any such changes will take effect when posted on the Ebay shop and it

occasion you use this Ebay shop and your continued use of the website
shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and

If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind

            Ordering 
            

            The
'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order.
Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email
detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is
not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Inta Audio.

            

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you
and us will take place once the products you ordered have been
despatched unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order
or you have cancelled it. 

            

            

            Warranty 
            

All goods supplied by Inta Audio are warranted for defects for 12
months from the date of supply unless otherwise stated. This warranty
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 

Should the goods develop a fault within the stated warranty, you should
notify Inta Audio in writing via Post, Fax or Email. You will be issued
with a RMA Returns No. (See Returns and Refunds Policy) 

Once your item has been received, Inta Audio will send you're faulty
item(s) back to the manufacturer for repair within the 12 month period.
This doe not apply for items that carry a manufacturer's onsite
warranty such as TFT monitors, Printers, Scanners and Third party
Laptop systems.
            

            

            Computer/Music Software 
            

Software corruption, viruses and spy ware issues are not covered under
your warranty as this is user error. Inta Audio is not responsible for
Data loss form hard disk due to failure. It is the customers
responsibility to back up their work. 

This warranty covers you for hardware defects only 
            
            

            Your
Right to Cancel
            

Under the United Kingdom's
Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract
for the purchase of any item until within 7 working days of delivery
(starting the day after you receive the goods).

Please state clearly
your order number, the date of purchase, your name and contact details,
the item you wish to cancel and the reason. 

            

Please note that you may be responsible for the costs of returning the
goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is
faulty, we charge a 25% re-stocking fee for unsealed items. 

If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for
collection of the item from you and charge our costs of collection to
you. 

            

Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original
packaging, together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. 

            

Damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products must be
reported to Inta Audio within three working days from the date of
delivery. Please email us at

with the full details including serial number of the product as this
will assist us to expedite the return of your product. 

            

Your statutory rights are not affected. 
            
            

            Prices
& Payment 
            

            We take payment
from your card at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to
availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we
will inform you of this as soon as possible.

            

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15%

            

Unless otherwise stated the goods shall not become the property of the
buyer until the purchase price of the goods has been paid in full. 

            

Prices quoted on the website and price lists and other advertising
matter are only an invitation to treat and no particulars are binding
by Inta Audio. All prices and products quoted are subject to alteration
or withdrawal from time to time without notice. 

            

While we try and ensure that all prices and information on our website
are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of
goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give
you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or
cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order
as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods,
you will receive a full refund
