Where the item is found to be faulty or not as described we will refund the total purchase price including original postage or replace the item where available.
ITEMS PURCHASED VIA AUCTION......IF THE ITEM IS SIMPLY TOO BIG/SMALL, THE WRONG COLOUR, BUYER CHANGES THEIR MIND OR OTHER UNSPECIFIED REASON WE UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ....
 BUY IT NOW ITEMS ARE COVERED BY THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS IN WHICH THE PURCHASER HAS 7 DAYS TO NOTIFY US THAT THEY WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM.
In both cases the purchaser is responsible for the return postage charges .
