Return Policy
The Sherlock Holmes Museum Shop guarantees to accept returns on all purchases for
any value up to $1 million provided the goods are (i) returned by recorded/signed for
postal delivery service (ii) the item is insured by the customer for loss in transit (iii)
a Certificate of Postage is retained should we need to claim for any goods lost in
transit. The only exception to this policy is in regard to our E-cheques which can be
purchased online for spending in our shop, and any other online digital media such has
image files of antique prints or engravings.
A full refund of the cost of purchase
including postage will be made as soon as practicable, usually on receipt of the goods,
with no questions asked. Our customers are our No1 priority, and in our view, "the
Customer is ALWAYS right".
We want our customers to enjoy their shopping
experience with us and to only purchase goods if they are 100% satisfied, which can only
be assured if the customer has had the opportunity to examine the goods in the comfort of
their own home.
This applies to all our listed items in all
categories, whether they are exquisite silver auction items from our Museum vaults, or
whether they are collectibles or ephemera or even novelty items.
We only ask that the item is well packed for
its return journey and that our customers kindly note that they are responsible for paying
for the cost of returning the item to us in accordance with this Return Policy.
We endeavour to provide the clearest
information on all our products, and humbly request that our customers email us with any
queries prior to purchase, whereupon we will be glad to provide further information or
images as appropriate. |
