Shipping

All items will be despatched in the appropriate packaging to ensure their safe delivery. Postage will be by 1st class Royal Mail or next-day courier dependant on the weight and value of the item.

Returns

A full exchange policy is available on all new items purchased for 7 working days after receiving the item with the exception of Crash Helmets due to safety concerns. If the item is found to be damaged or significantly different from it's description a full refund including all postage costs will be given. If the item is simply not what you wanted, the wrong size or you wish to return for any other reason the buyer will be liable for all return postage costs and the item will be subject to a 10% handling charge. Items being returned must be unused and in a resalable condition. We recommend that all items to be returned are sent by a recordable method with a proof of delivery as we will not offer a refund for items which we have not received.
