My preferred method of payment is Paypal. I will also accept cheques from UK residents. International purchases via Paypal only please. 

Payment is to be paid within 7 days of purchase. If for any unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to keep to this timescale please would you kindly email me to let me know.

Please note that the postage costs are relevant to the weight of the item and packaging. I do not try to gain financially through P&P costs. I will endeavour to despatch items the next day following cleared funds. I always try to provide you with the cheapest available postage options, however, if you would prefer to have items sent either recorded delivery, first class or via a courier, please contact me and I will let you know of the various prices of the different options available. International buyers please would you kindly email me for a quote on postage. 

Although postage prices quoted via Royal Mail are the same for UK mainland and Northern Ireland, please would all members purchasing from Northern Ireland ask for a quote on sending an item requiring courier delivery.  Courier prices are relative to the UK mainland only.

I check all items personally before posting, and ensure that they are well protected and packaged before despatch. I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused in transit. There is an option to provide recorded delivery for your item.

If an item is broken or faulty, please email me in the first instance within 3 days of receipt.   Returns for any other reason must also be notified within 3 days of receipt of your item, and returned within 7 days for a refund of the item, less P&P costs incurred by jolieschoses-2008.
